This banknote had a print run of 10,000 , but 8,700 destroyed. Balance ONLY 1,300 issued banknotes

There was a mistake in the production and of this 8,700 banknotes were returned to Oberthur and confirmed destroyed. 

 

This banknote makes it the lowest mintage banknote, ONLY 1000 normal issues banknotes exist, and 300 Anniversary Banknotes.
